Why
am I introducing this forum of communication to you? Wassily Kandinsky,
“The Impact of the acute angle of the triangle on a circle produces an effect
no less powerful than the finger of God touching the finger of Adam in
Michelangelo work in the Sistine Chaple”. This is my first
Newsletter and if you keep reading, you will note all the articles are by me.
In the next Blaue Rider I hope to have a reader response column, more art
news and a feature on a local artist (Philadelphia, New York and points in
between). The intention is to open communications between artists, writers,
filmmakers, the media, galleries, innocent bystanders and collectors. I want
to hear from the Writer/Artist. I firmly believe our ability to convey our
cognitive processes on paper, can clarify what we do and develop direction
for the work. Communicating ideas on art, which includes all aspects of our
lives, loathing’s and loves can help create understanding of the creative
process and maybe produce breakthrough works and possibly influence the next
